Good morning all!

Below is a link to a waiver, a form that must be filled out prior to the first practice. Please complete it as soon as you can.

Also, I am planning on having a practice on Wednesday, March 23, 5:15 - 6:30 pm. Let me know if you can/can't make it. Practice will be at Borough Park.
